Only defective items are eligible for refunds. All other items may be exchanged for other merchandise. Returns and exchanges are valid within 14 days of receipt of the item. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)

Only defective items are eligible for refunds. Once approved, we will send you an email/text to notify you that we have received your returned item and refund has been approved.

If approved, we will get your bank details / personal details (for remittance payment) to give back the payment to you, excluding the shipping fee.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and exchanging your item (unless the item is defective). For exchanges for reason of change of mind, you will be responsible for the shipping fee of shipping it back to us and we will also charge for the shipping of the exchanged item.

For exchanges for reason of defective item, we will pay you back the amount you paid for shipping back to us the item and we will also shoulder the shipping fee of the exchanged item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for returned packages that get lost in the mail.
